Gumby's Move

This weekend we helped Gumby move out of her house and into Quail Run Retirement Center.  She is excited to have less to take care of, including NO YARDWORK.  She did a good job making the tough decisions to scale down her things to be able to fit into the apartment. All of her kids and grandkids have been blessed with some keepsakes, including paintings that she completed in years past.  Even though change is not easy, I think that this change is a positive one that will be great for Gumby.

Idaho Auntie

Auntie Jamie graced us with a visit this weekend. We had a great time going on a walk and Pepper always likes a ride down the driveway in Auntie's cool car. Who doesn't love a sunroof?

Jo has been working like crazy on our office.

It is destined to be coolest room in our house. 

Girls Just Want to Have Fun

Bathtime and bedtime are way more fun with a pal. Pepper showed Emmarie the fun of jumping up and down in her crib and Emmarie showed Pepper how to enjoy bath water to its fullest.

Coloring, tea parties and shoe sharing are also great fun together.

Pepper was impressed with Em's set of pip-squeak sized rakes. 

Auntie Sherisa gave us a real treat with homeade pie. Yummy!

Pepper is so excited to be going to Spangle to visit her best bud Emmarie!

Meeting Micah

We were so excited to get to meet Micah this weekend. He is the newest addition to the Canwell family and is the cutest little guy! Pepper was very excited to meet her little cousin. She gave him lots of kisses and made sure his paci was in place at all times.

The Pleasures of Dirt

The yard looks so cool right now. Freshly plowed dirt is somehow so pleasing to look at... and roll in according to Pepper and the dogs.
