Jo has been working furiously on the siding. He has had all the hard parts to finish, up high with lots of angles. He has had to move the scaffolding by himself countless times. Today he and Dad were finishing the last dormer. They ended up getting rained and hailed on. Needless to say, they worked a long day and finished almost all of it. Thank you Dad for your help!
My Mom has been such an incredible help! She has had a hand in staining and/or sanding each board that went onto our house. Today when she finished the last board she came right out to the house and started filling nail holes. I don't know what we would do without her. Thank you Mom!
We are so excited about what the house looks like with sheetrock and texture complete! Everything is so bright and cheery. Even the basement is incredibly bright! Exactly what we were hoping for. Here is a little tour:
