Pepper had to say good-bye to Grandma and Grandpa for a couple weeks. They are heading down to Houston to visit John and Ingrid and family for Thanksgiving, and we are headed to Southern California for Carl's wedding. I think it is pretty neat that Pepper has grandparents that will be a huge part of her life. They will have a special bond and will teach her valuable lessons, such as gardening from Grandma Pat, fixing things from Grandpa John, how to throw a baseball like a guy from Grandpa Lee, and how to make a yummy curry from Grandma Em. Oh, and it is so nice to have such awesome babysitters when Jo and I need a date night!
