At bedtime Pepper often still has a bit of energy left in her reserve tank. Our job is to empty that tank so that she will SLEEP. We have lots of fun playing with her toys, giving blanket rides, letting her empty out her clothes containers, and playing hide and seek. Finally, we have story time and by then she is usually ready to settle down and go to sleep. Jo and I both agree that this time with her is the best part of our day.
