As with all good get togethers, ours revolved around food. I like to think it is partly to do with having an 8 and 9 1/2 month old that need nourishment on a very regular basis, but, honestly, the food would have been a central part of our weekend regardless. We enjoyed some great meals! A couple favorites were Sherisa's yummy spaghetti sauce and special garlic bread, and Jo's blueberry sauce for pancakes. The girls continued to provide us with great entertainment. We couldn't help but spend most of our time laughing at their antics. Emmarie ate baby cereal like she was starving to death, no matter how much she already had. Pepper loved "feeding" Taylor (the black lab). Emmarie touched spaghetti for the first time and acted so disgusted, and Pepper suddenly found avacadoe not to her liking. Good food, friends, and laughter, that pretty much heals what ails!
